When I first integrated the extension it was awesome. Click on the extension a little inset or pop-up came up and you asked it to search. It brought up information when many other sources didn't. Oddly enough, the information was freakishly dependable. Then one day I clicked on the extension and it changes the entire screen from LinkedIn to their irritating and obnoxious website confirming the extension was successfully installed. I stopped and logged into the site so it wasn't confused or anything and tried again. Flash forward 6 months. I have submitted message after message to let them know that their extension was inoperable. Nothing just "Crickets". Then I am paying for monthly credits and I use them for enrichment and I thought I was allowing my credit balance to build up while paying a monthly fee to them. I noticed the balance hadn't increased in 6 months I still have the exact same amount. The way things started it was unbelievable. I have enrichment through my CRM and ANYTIME it said it couldn't get the info I would click on SH extension and oddly it worked with correct information. I'm thinking I had an ace in the whole. NOT SO MUCH. Now I have sent more request for help and informed them of the extension never working now but "Crickets" these people DO NOT CARE about your business. I recently set up Seamless and a couple others because my old faithful-faithful-left-the-building. Do yourself a favor don't sign up for anything you pay for. You can get some little amount of credits monthly for free...just use those and consider yourself way ahead of the game when it comes to ShitHire! Your welcome.

I just suspending My SignalHire We would like to request a flexible credit carry-forward option for phone credits in our subscription plan. For example, if we receive 300 phone credits per month and use only 150 credits, we request that the remaining 150 unused credits be transferred to the following month along with the new monthly allocation of 300 credits. This feature would help us manage credits more efficiently and avoid losing unused balances its loss for customer and Profit for Signalhire. Kindly consider implementing this option in the future so it can support customer like me small time Business owners. I had unused 250 credit out of 300 credit and after un subscribed Signalhire all my credit is gone (Zero) on the last day of my billing. Yes it is very useful Platform to reach out to key players Phone number and we found 80% positive 20% lead some voice mail or not reachable .

I’ve been using SignalHire for a while, and it’s honestly a super helpful tool for finding accurate contact info quickly. The Chrome extension works great, and most emails I get are valid. Saves me a lot of time — definitely recommend if you do outreach or hiring.

SignalHire is useful when you’re trying to get someone’s email or phone number from LinkedIn — like if you want to reach out to a recruiter directly instead of just sending a LinkedIn message. At first, it feels great because it gives you a few free credits, and the extension is easy to use. But the problem is, once you use up your free credits, that’s it — unless you wait for next month or pay for more. Also, the emails or numbers it gives are not always correct. Sometimes it shows outdated info. And one more thing — LinkedIn doesn’t really like these kinds of tools. If you use them too much, LinkedIn might give you a warning or temporarily block some features.
